Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

We strive to provide you with high-quality products. Below is our Returns and Refunds Policy.

  • Cancellations
    Once orders have been confirmed, they can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    We understand that sometimes you may need to return/exchange a product. However, please note that we do not accept returns/exchange unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.
  • Damaged or Defective Products
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Unboxing video is mandatory in this case. We'll either exchange the product or refund the amount depending on the availability of that product.
    ** In case of refund, the refund will be processed with 2-3 working days and will be credited within 7-10 working days.

  • No Refund & Exchange will be given in the Following Cases
    - All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.

    - We will not refund or exchange if we received a used product.

    - We will not refund or exchange any product purchased during seasonal sale.

    - We will not Exchange or Return with Minor colour and design variation Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or may be photographic lighting sources the colour of the image and product may slightly differ. Also, we already clarified that each product is handcrafted by traditional craft artisan.

    - We will not refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.

    - We will not refund if the address is found incorrect or outdated.

    - We will not refund if a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery.

    - We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

    - In case of refund approved, only Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
