At Ciao Bella, we care deeply about the quality of our handcrafted jewellery and strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Below is our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Cancellations
Once orders have been confirmed, they can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to return/exchange a product. However, please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide a 360° unboxing video to support your claim. It must start from the moment you open the outer tamper-proof packaging.
- Depending on stock availability, you can choose between: Exchange of the product, or Refund of the product value.

In case of a refund approved, the Refund will be issued as a coupon code within 2-3 working days.
Situations Where Refund / Exchange Is NOT Allowed
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Pre-orders and customised orders (these require full payment when placed).
- Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items purchased during seasonal sales, clearance sales, or promotional events.
- Minor variations in colour, design, texture, or size, as handcrafted products may vary slightly and colours may appear differently across devices.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partners.
- If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
- If a prepaid, partially paid, or Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery.
- If the customer requests cancellation of the shipment, refuses delivery through the courier partner, or instructs the courier to return the package after it has been dispatched.
- Delays, losses, or issues arising due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded in the form of store credit.
🚨 Partial or Full Cash on Delivery (COD) Abuse & Refund Policy
In case of misuse of Cash on Delivery (COD), including but not limited to:
- Accepting the parcel at the time of delivery
- Opening the parcel
- Then, refusing the order and sharing the refusal code
Such actions put our small business at high risk of product loss, damage, and logistics costs.
✅ If a customer does this on their first order:
- Any subsequent COD orders placed by the same customer will be automatically cancelled and will not be shipped.
- Any partial COD advance paid for future orders will be strictly non-refundable.
❌ No exceptions will be made, as this policy is in place to protect our handmade business from losses caused by unfair practices.
By placing a COD order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms.
